Albany Entertainment Centre
Albany Entertainment Centre is one of Australia’s premier regional performing arts and conference venues serving the Great Southern.
The facility, uniquely located at the edge of Albany’s magnificent Princess Royal Harbour, has since opening its doors in December 2010 attracted touring productions with international acclaim to the shores of south-west WA.
Its magnificent 618-seat proscenium arch Princess Royal Theatre has, with its state-of-the art fit-out and remarkable acoustics, hosted productions from companies such as Bell Shakespeare, the Sydney Dance Company and WA’s own Black Swan State Theatre Company. Smaller and local productions alike – from cabaret musicals to classical ensembles and fully-fledged brass bands – have also taken to the theatre’s stage, wowing audiences and selling out seats time and again.
